Infant abandoned near Abha mosque

ABHA — A Saudi man found an abandoned baby outside a mosque in Abha in southern Saudi Arabia. Police and the Saudi Red Crescent arrived at the location and transferred the baby to a nearby hospital for medical checkup. The infant will later be transferred to a shelter home. Police opened an investigation to find out where the baby came from.
