Vendors of rotten food cannot be taken to court

Mohammad Al-Enezi  Okaz/Saudi Gazette DAMMAM — Current regulations do not allow vendors of spoiled or rotten foods to be taken to court and administered justice. Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs spokesman Hamad Al-Omar said current regulations do not include such a provision.
