Salih Al-Twairqi Okaz newspaper I recently read, in our local media, the story of Mohammed Haddadi, a 22-year-old youth from the town of Sabya in Jazan region. For many years Mohammed has been trying to get his national identity card. He was born to two Saudi parents and all of his siblings have national ID cards except him.
