Expat levy: Contractors can claim compensation

  Saudi Gazette report   RIYADH — Contracting carrying out public sector projects can ask government agencies to compensate them for additional expenses incurred due to the Labor Ministry's decision to hike fees levied on each expatriate worker to SR2,400 a year, press reports said on Sunday.
