Customs officers seize cash stashed in bed

RIYADH — Customs officers at Al-Bat'ha foiled an attempt to smuggle SR1.2 million in cash out of the Kingdom in a truck owned by a Gulf-based company. The money was stashed inside a bed, according to Eid Al-Eneizi, acting customs director. The driver was arrested and handed over to the relevant authorities.
