Generator thieves caught red-handed

  RIYADH – Four young men were arrested by Riyadh police for attempting to steal 13 electric generators from a deserted hospital site. A police unit on routine patrol noticed the four thieves dismantling the generators. As the thieves were coming out of the hospital with the generators, they were met by the officers. They rushed back into the hospital
