Haia loses appeal in shoe-throwing case

MAKKAH — A woman accused of throwing her shoe at a member of the Haia was sentenced to 48 hours in prison. She was riding with her brother when their car collided with a Haia vehicle. The Haia members suspected the relationship between the pair and asked them for identification. This request resulted in a scuffle between the brother and a member of Haia.
