3 expats held with 630 prepaid SIM cards

   MADINAH — Madinah police arrested three Bangladeshis for having nearly 630 prepaid SIM cards and 29 cell phones in their possession. Police also found more than SR34,000 in cash on the men. According to police, the three men were caught as they attempted to sell the illegally-obtained SIM cards. Investigations continue.
