Expat youngster held for robberies

JEDDAH — Police in Jeddah have arrested a 14-year-old African national suspected of a number of thefts. Police had received a series of complaints regarding handbags being stolen, car windows smashed, and houses broken into. Jeddah Police spokesman First Lt. Nawwaf Al-Bouq said police search and investigation teams were able to identify th
