9-year-old drowns in water tank

   JEDDAH — A nine-year-old child drowned in the water tank of a building under construction, northeast of Jeddah. The Civil Defense removed the body from the tank and Red Crescent paramedics confirmed the child was dead. Police are investigating the incident but it is believed to be an accident and no foul play was suspected.
