Japanese PM starts 3-day visit Tuesday

   RIYADH — Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will arrive Jeddah for a two-day official visit from Tuesday, a source at the Japanese Embassy said on Saturday. Abe will arrive in the Kingdom from Moscow where he will hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday. After talks with Saudi leaders on bilateral relations and issues of c
