Baby found with hands tied inside car

   MAKKAH — The Red Crescent freed a baby who was with hands tied inside his father’s car. The father had wandered in the Al-Mansour Street Red Crescent center, and was suspected to be mentally disturbed. Members of the Red Crescent accompanied the man to his car, and were surprised to find a one-year-old baby with his hands tied inside.
