RIYADH — The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh will conduct the first automated elections in Riyadh as scheduled after it received eight Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS) Machines. It also hosted the training on the Automated Election System (AES) for personnel who will serve as election officials during the elections from April 13 to May 13.
