RIYADH — The Shoura Council is considering 10 recommendations to deal with the problem of tenants who are either late in their rent payments or simply leave their homes without paying up, Al-Madinah newspaper reported Sunday.
The recommendations, if approved, will form part of a proposed real estate law,
