Man found dead in hotel room

   DAMMAM — Police are currently investigating the case of an expatriate found dead inside his room in a local hotel in Dammam. Official spokesman for Dammam Police Col. Ziyad Al-Ruqaiti said a preliminary examination of the body showed the man died of natural causes. Police transferred the body to a nearby hospital for further investigation.
