Residents evacuated after building fire
MAKKAH — Five fire fighting teams were dispatched to extinguish a fire that erupted in a residential building in Sitr Allehyani district of Makkah. The fire started among some scrap wood and other remnants that were in the building's yard. The building was evacuated as a precautionary measure. No injuries were reported.

JEDDAH — A huge fire erupted in a warehouse near the car showrooms in south Jeddah. Fire fighters had to break down some walls to contain the fire, as the warehouse had only one entrance.
